shadow of a moment

@Adiemus: thank Adiemus :) it was a shot of the moment. Was actually trying to capture the old elevator which has been cut out from the left or the old fire hydrant. Then in a moment the movement of the passers-by caught my eye and voila! The location is at this old victorian shopping mall in Sydney

@jc: glad u like my pictures :) thank you for your comments. i think your work has improved vastly as you honed into black and white. there's something very compelling in your black and white shots that really stir the soul. maybe as my teacher once said to me, you see in black and white :) keep that finger on the trigger and cheers to the new year.

@Damon Schreiber: yes interesting thought. :) thanks for the compliment and yes it is pretty uncanny that jc's image and mine are in the same vein with interesting results. was a good day :)

@Amit: thanks Amit! glad you like some of my images :) this image was done on the fly of the moment. see my reply to Adiemus above :) Post processing involved turning it into a black and white pic and croppping it on Adobe Lightroom.
